Terms&Conditions

1. Confirmation of the booking session require a £30 deposit at the time of the booking which is

non refundable and the full payment has to be done on 48 hours prior to the session if full payment

is not received, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel photo session. Once agreed upon a

final session date, you may twice reschedule your session up to 5 days prior to your shoot if

required, after this time a further £20 rebooking fee will be required.

2. It is understand that children can be unpredictable and fall ill at any time. In the event of sickness

prior to the session, the Client agrees to make every possible effort to inform Red Dahlia

Photography no later than 2 hours prior to the start time of the photography session. The session can

be transferred to a new date which will be at the convenience of both parties within a maximum 1

month period from the original date with no extra cost.

3. Images included in the offer cannot be split between multiple shoots. If booking two or more

shoots you will be expected to select your favourite images from each gallery at the time that

gallery goes live.

4. The Photographer shall be entitled to use her judgement regarding the style and flow of the

session. This includes but is not limited to poses and number of images taken. Due to unpredictable

circumstances it may not be possible to capture all the pictures requested, or images to the client’s

full expectations. In the event of uncooperative children at a session of any kind, for any reason,

Photographer may not be able to capture any, or all the images the Client may have requested or

expected. The Client is responsible for all children at all sessions.

5. Client online gallery will be delivered via gallery link within 2 weeks of the session date.

Preferred photos have to be chosen by Client within the set date gallery is available for. There will

be additional payment required if Client chose to purchase more photos or wall art then originally

agreed.

6. Photographer does not take responsibility for the quality of printed images outside of her own

Lab. All digital images are high quality and resolution and any prints from them should look this

same. Therefore there will be no a refund case for clients who choose to print photographs on their

own.

7. Copyright is retained by Photographer at all times throughout the world. No image can be copied,

scanned or reproduced in any form whatsoever without the prior consent. Permission to reproduce a

picture for personal use (not commercial) is granted to the Client by Photographer only for digital

images purchased and paid in full by the Client.

8. The Client understands and accepts that the photographic coverage will be as the Photographer

professional expertise determines. Special requests are not binding instructions although every

effort is made to comply with the Client’s wishes. In the unlikely event of total photographic failure

or cancellation of the contract by Photographer liability shall be limited to a full refund of all

monies paid.

9. Red Dahlia Photography retains the right in all cases to use any pictures for the purposes of social

media and website portfolio or advertising. This excludes nursery and school based photography.
